Melissa has an Associate's Degree as a Legal Assistant from Central Penn College. After college, Melissa started her title searching career in Blair County having gone through training for two years as an abstractor of title before searching on her own.  Her experience includes searching in multiple counties in South Central PA for the last 32 years, Melissa knows what it takes to get the title completed with a high standard of attention to detail to make sure the buyer and/or lender is getting free and clear title. From the title search, to processing the files, to conducting the closing and everything before and after, Melissa takes great pride in seeing all of the parties in the real estate transaction leave the closing table happy.
